What is LatinaBoss?

I wanted to find other Latina leaders and role models. So I did what most people do, I went to Google and searched "Latina boss." The results were not significant. Mostly adult industry and no judgment on that, but I wanted to reclaim the name. Not for myself, but hoping that in time I can help tell the stories of other Latinas making a difference and making boss moves that we can all learn from and look up to.
